At Esther West Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with returns under the following guidelines:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items, clearance items, personalized products, and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and completion of your refund or store credit.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the original purchase and return circumstances.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
